| Thanksgiving Day in America is a very special day and warrents our review of the history of people who first settled in America and the circumstances that lead to that first Thanksgiving to God. |
Scripture tells us to give to Caesar that which belongs to Caesar and give to God that which belongs to God. How many of us give our children over to Caesar five days a week for schooling? |

Are
we saved by faith or works? By God's grace we are saved through faith,
but then is it necessary to get excited about works? Do some congregations
emphasize God's grace and neglect works, and some do the reverse?

I sometimes wonder if our Christian lifestyles are not sort of hit and run. Or, much like getting in the "drive-through" lane at a fast food restaurant. In other words we have a busy schedule, so we do our Christian "thing" and then rapidly move on. |

A concrete
project that is two bags short of cement can prove diastrous. The lack
of proper training for our children may also have such results.

would not supply all the basketball equipment for our child to train him
to be a champion, and then send him to a football field to practice. Where
should we send him to be a champion for Christ?

While
the U.S. Congress has passed a law (man's) establishing a Homeland Security
beauracy it is obvious that God's law as revealed in Psalm 127 has the
real answer?
